Welcome to 2011! I'm finally able to get back to workin' on my blog... Today, I decided that I wanted to make an oven baked pancake. Usually, you use apples, but I didn't have any, and I've been working on being more responsible with my money, so, I went through my freezer and pulled out some blueberries. I was able to alter the recipes I found on line, and use my new cookware (oven safe!), and I was able to dance around in my clean kitchen, singing along to songs and cooking. It makes my heart happy.
